How early should I arrive for my salon treatments?

For your very first time please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, so we can help you relax and assist you in filling out any relevant forms. On any subsequent visits we recommend 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Where can I park?

In the city it is particularly important to allow yourself time to find car parking. There is a council car park adjacent to Bellanova in the city. At Bellanova Riverside we have car parking on site.

What should I wear?

Face + Body Treatments

Prior to your service a therapist will provide you with an appropriate gown. Please be reassured our Therapists are trained to drape towels discreetly over areas of your body to protect your privacy at all times.

Waxing

Prior to your service a therapist will provide you with an appropriate gown. Disposable underwear can also be provided where applicable.

Pedicures

It is advised that you wear open toe shoes if you are having your toes painted.

Tanning

We recommend you wear loose dark clothing for after you have a tan. If possible please avoid wearing a bra also, this will ensure you do not have any strap marks. Disposable underwear can also be provided where applicable.

What do I need to tell you about me?

Prior to your first Bellanova treatment you will be required to complete a simple questionnaire to assist us in providing you the best possible experience in relation to any ailments, allergies or areas of discomfort you may have. This process ensures you receive the best possible results from your treatment.

Cancellation Policy
